Ensuring open dialogue between our officers and shore-based management is key in establishing effective guidelines. To uphold this, we organized our Company Run seminar in Istanbul last week, where our officers and office staff came together for two highly productive days.

During the seminar, we thoroughly examined safety, human element, and security issues, reviewed our performance from previous years, had discussions on areas needing improvement, and openly assessed our goals. This event not only boosted our motivation but also helped us set new objectives.
